Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

A deposit of 30% of the tour cost is required within 7 days of initial confirmation.
The remaining balance of the total tour cost must be paid 10 days prior to departure. If the remaining balance is not paid on time it is in our discretion to cancel the booking or extend the time

If the booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to departure, 90% the tour cost is refunded.
If the booking is cancelled 27-14 days prior to departure, 80% of the tour cost is refunded.
If the booking is cancelled 13-8 days prior to departure, 70% of the tour cost is refunded.
If the booking is cancelled 7 days to 3 days prior to departure, 60% of the tour cost is refunded.
If cancelled 48 hours or less prior to departure or no-show there is no refund.  

Amendment, Postponement, Cancellation:
 

We reserve the right to amend itineraries, postpone or cancel the tours due to unforeseeable operational reasons or weather conditions. 
 In case of postponement or cancellation, if the client disagrees with the proposed date or substitute tour then full refund will be given. We will do our best to avoid such events and we have a contingency plan for most cases.

Insurance:


We have insurance policies required by the Government. Though we do not offer travel insurance. Therefore it is passengers' responsibility to consider taking out travel insurance and we can not be held responsible for loss or injury beyond our control.
Loading or unloading the luggage is our responsibility. If passengers get injured while loading or unloading their luggage we can not be held responsible for their action.


Accommodation:

Hotel/Motel/Cottage accommodation: Package tour price includes twin share/double en-suite room accommodation in 3 ½* hotels/ motels and self-contained cabins/cottages. They are all reputable accommodation in Tasmania and have been used by our clients over 5 years in business. Cabins are self-contained. Upgrade to higher standard hotel/motel or cabin/cottage accommodation may be available.


Food:

Breakfast- Enriched continental breakfast is included. You will have a choice on the breakfast menu; usually a variety of cereals (in small packs), milk (light/full cream), bread (usually wholemeal and/or multi-grain), a variety of jam, marmalade and honey and butter in mini packs and slices of cheese (individually wrapped), fruit juice and instant noodles if required . Eggs and bacon or sausages are given at the Cradle Mt National Park and Strahan (west coast) where accommodation is at self-contained cabins.Coffee,tea and kettle are provided in every room and cabins.  

Lunch is included in the tour price and taken at selected bakeries and cafes. You will be able to choose what you would like to eat from a range available at the time of arrival.

Depends on the location, we usually have fish and chips (fried patato)/salad- fresh fish at Hobart waterfront, Asian fast food with rice or noodle and meat; toastes,meat pies and sandwiches at bakeries and cafes (Bakeries in Tasmania are well known for their delicous bread varieties baked daily). Choices are
stuffed bread rolls (vegetarian salad rolls are also available), meat or veggie pies or gourmet sandwiches toasted or untoasted up to your preference. A cold or hot drink included.
We may also offer you local fruits (where and when available) freshly picked at the farms and sold on the road side.

Please write on the booking form if you require any special or dietary food.We can not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you, but we can try. You will informed you before we confirm your booking.

Dinner
is on your own cost and up to your choice. In some locations hotels/motels have their own restaurant at the premises or you may have to take a short walk to your choice of restaurant. Cabin parks do not have a restaurant but you will find a restaurant or take a way shop within a reasonable distant.

Cabins/cottages are self contained,like a family home, and most suitable if you prefer to bring your Cray fish/Lobster/Oyster and with a little side dish and your preferred local wine you may have a romantic and/or cost effective dinner or you may prefer to buy food and cook if you want to practice your culinary skills and eat your most delicious meal. 
 

Rice cooker can be borrowed from the driver if you prefer to cook your own rice for dinner at the cabin (west coast).
