We request our customers if they would like to fill a feedback form and send it to the Tourism
Industry Council of Tasmania at the end of the tour. The Council review our business and renew accreditation every year. Forms
are a part of on-going review of accreditation as "Tour Business". The Council view the forms and make a note
for the business then send us a copy of the forms every three months.
Sometimes customers send us email about their tour experience after they return to their homes.
We have collected some of the feedbacks that we received from both sources below for your information. So you will know what to expect.

Tour season 2010-2011
We have been home for a couple of weeks from our Fun Tassie Tour of your state. Our tour started on April 11 in Hobart. We were pleased with our tour experience and enjoyed the sights and experiences in your beautiful state. We also enjoyed the mix of people in our tour group.

Just a quick note to tell you that, weather notwithstanding, the Kelkars were very happy with their trip.
Mr. Kelkar did face a few challenges on his vegetarian diet, but that part, they enjoyed themselves immensely. Apparently the group gelled very well too. So, thank you for everything and I hope to do some more business soon with you

Both drivers were very good drivers, all accommodation was very clean and well maintained.Discovery Holiday parks should provide Kleenex.
